"Food with amazing flavours, which are kept authentic, but refined to give you a special dining experience. The staff were great and the owner was amazing, even teaching us how to drink mezcal correctly! The birria, sope pulpo and cocada de cajeta are must gets in my opinion, but I don’t think there is a bad thing on their menu! Had an amazing dining experience, gracias!"

"We loved this Mexican restaurant. Everything, especially the Cochinita Pibil with its pickled spiced red onions, was amazing. The tortilla was soft and wonderfully toasted. Spice levels were much milder than we expected though (compared to Mexican restaurants in North America). Even the "spiciest" salsa they served probably had half the scoville score of Tapatio or Cholula. We did ask them not to hold back on spice and told them both my daughter and I loved very spicy food, so I guess it's really just tailored to the local palate."

"Ticuí was pure magic, every course a little piece of coastal Mexico reimagined. The sea bream in mezcal and the three-chilli tuna hit with bright, smoky precision and the short rib was melt-in-your-soul good. Perfect pairings and warm service sealed an unforgettable evening."

"We stumbled across this restaurant simply because it was near our hotel - but we will make sure to tell ANYONE who visits Madrid to go out of their way to visit here. Every single dish from appetizers to dessert was not only delicious but also looked gorgeous. The homemade tortillas alone were the best we’ve ever had in Europe. They also have a massive mezcal collection, which we haven’t seen may other places nearby or in other countries we’ve visited in the EU. If you’re in Madrid & craving some elevated but still authentic dishes like birria, suckling pig, & incredibly fresh raw fish served with things like yuzu & mezcal- you have to come here. We will 100% be visiting again very soon."

"This was truly our best evening in Madrid! We had seats at the kitchen (omakase), which I highly recommend. You can watch the kitchen in action and the chef occasionally comes over to chat with you, she really made our night. The cocktails were delicious, and there were so many great options that we ended up ordering far too much, but happily ate everything. There wasn’t a single dish that disappointed us, although the fish main course really stood out for us. Thank you for the wonderful service and such a lovely evening. I genuinely think this restaurant is underrated, go there!"
